Rini is BlueYoshter's Ice-type Teddiursa. Even though she is past level 30, she refuses to evolve. She is BY's second pure Ice-type Pokémon. Her moves are all Ice-type, being Ice Shard, Ice Punch, Ice Beam and Sheer Cold.
